Question: How much does the membership cost?
Answer: You may join the Resorts360 Vacation Club with our Deluxe Annual Membership for $399.00, 
5 Year Executive Membership for $1995.00 or VIP Premium Lifetime Membership for $3,995.00

Question: Can I allow others to use my membership?
Answer: Only you and your designated Family members can book properties with your membership.

Question: Does the membership include discounts on luxury Cruises?
Answer: YES! With access to all of the major cruising organizations around the world, you can explore the Caribbean, Alaska, Asia, the Mediterranean, plus many more at wholesale prices. Simply choose the cruise search from your member site. We will search through an extensive supply of holiday products to find you the lowest possible cost at the time of booking.

Question: How is R360 able to provide such a deeply discounted price for all of these services?
Answer: R360 and it's partners are continuously expanding its register of accommodations through leases, wholesale contracts, and the bulk purchases of accommodation inventory.

Question: Do you have customer support?

Unlike other travel memberships, our full service customer support/service team has the experience and resources to fulfill our member%u2019s special requests or general inquiries in a timely fashion.

Question: Once I'm a member, how do I book my vacations?
Answer: Your gateway to this world of exciting vacation experiences is through our interactive members-only website, offering you the latest in innovative technologies. You can choose to book right on-line or through 800 numbers provided by each source.
Once you're a member, you will be given a membership ID and password to access the R360 vacation database.

Question: Are these timeshare properties?
Answer: There are thousands of properties within the membership registry that are exclusively timeshare properties, while others are not. Resorts360 affords you the opportunity to book your vacation in many of these resorts around the world that you would otherwise only have access to if you were a timeshare owner. Therefore, you get all the benefits and can experience a superior vacation that until now has only been available for time share owners.

Question: Will I be forced to sit through a timeshare presentation?
Answer: NO. Although you may be invited to a timeshare presentation, you are not required to do so. With your R360 membership, you will be treated as if you are an owner already.

Question: Are there any additional travel costs?
Answer: Airfare is not included in any of our prices; However, you will have the ability to book your own airfare through your exclusive membership back office at the lowest possible rates. Some Resorts have additional 'All-Inclusive' fees that are due when arriving at your destination. All properties that require the "All Inclusive" fees are clearly presented during your vacation search. Spending money and attractions outside your Resort area will cost accordingly.

Question: Do you have customer support?

Unlike other travel memberships, our full service customer support/service team has the experience and resources to fulfill our member%u2019s special requests or general inquiries in a timely fashion.

Question: How far in advance can I book my vacation?
Answer: Members can request a vacation for up to two years in advance - or as little as 72 hours in advance (depending upon availability).

Question: Are there any requirements or restrictions to becoming a Member?
Answer: The only requirement is that the primary member must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Question: Does my membership include my family?
Answer: Yes, your membership includes your spouse and all children under age 18.

Question: How quickly can I use my membership?
Answer: Your membership will become active immediately after your payment clears.

Question: How far in advance do I need to make my reservations?
Answer: The interactive nature of our website allows you to see exactly what is available. You can book a vacation as little as 72 hours in advance or a year or more ahead of time.

Question: Are any of the resorts "pet friendly"?
Answer: This type of specific information is available on the "Property Details" page as you search for your specific getaway.

Question: Is cleanliness, security and amenities of the units monitored on an ongoing basis?
Answer: Yes. All properties are monitored to maintain the highest of standards.

Question: Can I put my membership and room reservations on a credit card?
Answer: Yes, We accept Visa and Mastercard for membership fees and all major credit cards for Travel Bookings.
